We require at least 1 pre-paid parking space for a 15 passenger van and/or 6x10 trailer near the loading area. Van will not fit in a parking garage with or without the trailer. Band members will drive independently and pre-paid parking is required for each vehicle. A final count will be provided for you no less than two weeks prior to the event. If we are traveling by tour bus, additional arrangements with the venue will need to be made. Please provide load-in and parking information below.

Load-In Time - We require a minimum of 3 hours before guest arrival to load in, re-park, set up and sound check. We understand some venues can only accommodate 2 hours. We will make arrangements with the venue staff should this occur. Please reserve at least 30 minutes for us to have un-obstructed access to the loading dock so we do not inconvenience your other vendors.

Where will the band be storing extra equipment? (Must be within a short distance from the stage)

Where is the band's green room/dinner space? The group will be changing in this space as well as congregating between sets, therefore, enough tables & chairs as well as a mirror, at least one outlet and a case of water must be provided. SPACE MUST HAVE A DOOR! NO CLOSETS, STABLES, CURTAINED OFF AREAS, OPEN AIR AREAS OR TENTS! Sharing with the bridal party is fine since we typically don't need access until guests arrive.

4AGTC are happy to eat at the same time as the guests to ease the burden on your caterer. 4AGTC are typically on site for 8-12 hours, therefore we require the same hot, substantial meals as the rest of the guests. If this is not possible, please contact us immediately. We will DJ an easy listening or jazz playlist during this time. Note for event staff: We do not call tables.

If you would like a "private dance" with the band before your send off, we are happy to accommodate. Should you choose this option, our emcee will invite your guests outside with your event staff to prepare for your exit. Once the room is cleared, we dedicate a special song to you so you can have a private moment together before being swept away! If you have a song you love and would like to end your evening with, please provide the info below. If we don't know it, we will DJ it for you!

Who will be responsible for providing the final balance payment?

We accept cash, or a check written to For a Good Time, Call... All payments including gratuity should be presented in private to the band leader. Band members are not financial representatives for the company, therefore they cannot receive payment. Thank you!

Has the Venue confirmed that there are at LEAST two 20 amp power circuits dedicated for ONLY 4AGTC's use within 20 feet of the staging area? Keep in mind that we will also need at least one at ceremony or cocktail stations we are contracted for as well. We do not supply "festival style" power, but carry a few 50 ft extension cables

If the band is performing outside & getting their power from a generator, arrangements must be made for a licensed professional to run the generator and be available two hours before and throughout the performance. This professional is accountable for any problems associated with power before & throughout the event.

IF OUTDOORS, PERFORMANCE AREA(S) MUST BE UNDER A TENT WITH SIDES THAT CLOSE. Rain, wind and direct sunlight will damage, if not disable, the band's equipment. If the performance area is not protected, any damage caused by weather will result in thousands of dollars of claims, which will be billed to the client immediately. We do not require a stage, however, staging not only significantly improves visibility for your guests and acts as a platform for the Emcee, but also provides a protective barrier that deters folks from entering our performace area and creating a liability. (Not to mention water and electricity don't make for a great party.) Most venues have staging available or sections can be rented through local vendors. If you opt-in, and an 18x24 is not available, please contact us asap. If you opt-out or a stage is not possible, a flat area with the aforementioned dimensions is perfectly fine. Please do not place decor, floral arrangements, etc. on the stage as items or equipment could be damaged during the performace.

4AGTC will under no circumstance set up, tear down and re-set in a different location.
